A monthly space to unwind, process, and take a well-deserved breather.
Caregiving is deeply rewarding, but it can also be exhausting. Between managing daily routines, appointments, and family needs, finding time to check in with yourself often falls to the bottom of the list.
Hosted at our Westshore Clinic, our monthly Parent & Caregiver Art Group offers a quiet, welcoming space to step away from the busyness of everyday life. Using low-pressure creative tools like art journaling and collage, this group is designed to help you process stress, recharge, and connect with other parents who understand the journey, no artistic experience needed!
Led by our incredible Certified Art Therapist and Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, Katherine Searle, the group covers:
