Katherine’s Training Includes:
Katherine’s primary goal is to create a space where clients can explore and discover their true selves. She tailors her sessions to meet the unique needs of each age group:
- With children: Katherine provides materials that offer comfort and evoke exploration, without placing demands. She engages with children through curious, open-ended questions.
- With teens: She focuses on creating a space that offers control and autonomy, encouraging self-reflection and awareness of self-identity. Katherine supplies materials and offers minimal instruction, allowing teens to process their art as they wish.
- With adults: Recognizing that adults are often accustomed to being directed, Katherine offers options for structured art directives or spontaneous art-making, depending on the client’s goals. The emphasis remains on self-reflection and grounding in one’s authentic self, with space for processing art.
Katherine’s work centers on self-identity, recognizing that each client’s journey is unique, and shaped by diverse paths and life experiences. She is dedicated to helping clients explore who they are and how they can show up authentically in the world.
