Meet Rebecca Berger, RSW
Rebecca has been practicing Social Work in both non profit, clinical and therapeutic settings for over 18 years with people of all ages. Rebecca has had the privilege of working with various vulnerable populations and has been rewarded by learning through their resiliency, knowledge and strength. Rebecca enjoyed working as a counselor at BC Children’s hospital for 8 years in the psychiatric inpatient programs for children and youth ages 5-17. Using Cognitive Behavior Therapy, crisis management intervention and trauma informed support counseling has been rewarding and inspiring. Working from a biopsychosocial and neurodiversity affirming framework has best informed Rebecca’s counseling practice.
