Cooking Group
Cooking Group
A safe, pressure-free space for neurodivergent kids to explore food, build life skills, and have fun!
It takes less than 2 minutes to sign up!
Supporting a child with unique sensory needs around food can feel like a daily balancing act. When new textures, smells, or visual inputs trigger sensory overload, mealtime often becomes stressful for the whole family.
Co-hosted by Victoria Speech + Language Centre and The Responsive Feeding Centre of BC, our Kids Cooking Group offers a gentle, playful approach. Led by a Speech-Language Pathologist, this group focuses on hands-on creation and sensory exploration, meeting every child exactly where they are, with zero pressure to taste or eat!
