SING IT GIRLS!
Navigating the pre-teen years can feel like a lot for a young person’s nervous system, which is why having a dedicated space to connect over shared passions matters so much. For female-identifying youth, our “Sing It Girls” group uses singing, songwriting, and lyric analysis to naturally nurture a love for music and creative expression. It’s a beautifully welcoming, positive space run by a certified Music Therapist, where girls can forge authentic friendships, talk through big feelings, and build life-long tools for emotional regulation and self-advocacy without any pressure to perform.
