LUCY HARRIS, RSLP
MEET LUCY
A graduate of the University of Alberta, Lucy started her career as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Vancouver before eventually making the move back to her hometown of Victoria. Lucy has experience working with clients across the age continuum in a variety of settings, and has particular interests in language processing, literacy, phonology, and Autism. She also has specialized training in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). For Lucy, communication is all about connecting with others.
Whether it be with friends, family members, or a broader community, Lucy strives to equip her clients with the communication skills they need to build and maintain meaningful relationships. Her approach to therapy is positive and playful, and she loves collaborative problem-solving and celebrating success with her clients and their families. Lucy is very well respected in the clinic for her thoughtful approach to therapy and her consistent efforts to further her clinical skills. Outside of the therapy setting, Lucy can be found cycling, playing guitar, or elbow deep in her vegetable garden.
