MEET BIANCA DELEN
Bianca is a highly skilled Occupational Therapist, bringing a wealth of international experience to our team. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy in South Africa in 2013, she pursued her dream of working internationally, relocating with her family to Victoria, BC.
With extensive experience in various Occupational Therapy fields, Bianca specializes in working with neurodiverse pediatric populations. Her background includes collaborating in multidisciplinary teams with Speech and Language Pathologists, Audiologists, and Psychologists in private practice settings.
Prior to joining us, Bianca led the Occupational Therapy division for a company providing medico-legal services and managed her own pediatric private practice. Her approach emphasizes parent and caregiver education, taking a family-oriented stance in supporting neurodiverse children. Known for her analytical nature, Bianca focuses on building client strengths, engaging children at their level, and fostering skills for daily activities.
Bianca’s passion for making therapy enjoyable and celebrating milestones aligns perfectly with our client-centered approach. Her unique ability to connect with children, combined with her professional expertise, makes her a valuable asset to our team and the families we serve.
Outside of her professional life, Bianca enjoys family time, outdoor activities, and community engagement. Her personal interests, including marathon running and travel, reflect her enthusiasm for new challenges and experiences.
