MEET CHELLA
Chella earned her Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Psychology from the University of Alberta before going on to complete her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at Western Carolina University. Over her career, Chella has supported individuals of all ages across a wide variety of settings, including long-term care in North Carolina, school-based therapy in Seattle and Vancouver, and private practice in Squamish.
Chella Plastiras brings an adaptable, dynamic, and play-based approach to her sessions. She loves collaborative problem-solving with families, ensuring clients build the skills and confidence they need for authentic, spontaneous communication. Driven by a lifelong passion for learning, Chella holds special clinical interests in fluency/stuttering disorders as well as orofacial myofunctional disorders across the lifespan.
Outside of the clinic, Chella loves traveling, gardening, hiking, and getting lost in a good book. She is thrilled to be in Victoria and is loving every moment of exploring Island life!
