MEET SARAH

Sarah is the Office Manager for our Victoria location, bringing a diverse background in hospitality, customer care, operations, and leadership support to the team. Over the years, she has worn many hats across multiple industries, with a career that includes roles in emergency veterinary hospitals, front office management, bus transportation, and esthetics.

Whether she is coordinating, streamlining processes, or solving unexpected challenges, Sarah loves to keep things running smoothly. She holds a Diploma in Hospitality Business Management and has a deep passion for helping our clients and colleagues feel genuinely welcome, valued, and supported. Her top priority is ensuring a joyful, seamless, and memorable experience for every family that walks through our doors.

After a brief time living back in Alberta, Sarah and her family returned home to Vancouver Island, where they couldn’t be happier! When she isn’t keeping the Victoria clinic running like clockwork, Sarah enjoys travelling, riding horses, and spending time with her husband, her two teenage daughters, and their many four-legged critters.
