Occupational Therapist Position

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
• Registered or eligible to be registered with the BC College of Occupational Therapists.
• We welcome new grads with our extensive mentoring and support! New graduates are hired as employees with a paid training period.
• OTs wanting to retrain to work in pediatrics will also have mentoring and training support.

Clients

Work with an extremely varied population from 2yrs – adult with a large range of OT needs: Autism, sensory, fine motor, gross motor, mental health, executive functioning etc.

Work environment

We have 2 brand new multi room clinics with all the materials provided for you at your fingertips! We also have a brand new 1000 sq ft OT sensory gym at our Glanford Ave location. We have a brand new office with large OT gym coming to our Westshore location in October 2024. We also provide sessions in homes, daycares and private schools.

Annual Team Retreat

Team bonding like you’ve never seen before at our annual weekend retreat. Many other regular social outings and get togethers throughout the year….we are a social team! We also value our members that are introverts so you can join at your desire:)

Job Type

Flexible schedule: 8-40 hours / week depending on your availability.

You will have flexibility in your own hours and make meaningful change while working with a team of professionals all dedicated to an exceptional client experience. Enabling you to do the clinical work you love, whilst our admin duo manages all of the marketing, office management and administrative tasks.

Salary

Compensation ranges between $57-$97.50, depending on your experience and whether employed as an employee or joining as a contractor (experienced OT option).

Paid relocation expenses –up to $3000 depending where moving from.

Signing bonus – with a 1 year commitment.
