This 6-week online series offers a deeper dive into understanding your child’s PDA profile—and how to support them in ways that feel practical, respectful, and do-able in everyday life.
For many families, the questions start to pile up:
- Why do everyday demands feel so hard for my child?
- Why can things change so quickly from okay… to not okay at all?
- What’s underneath my child’s need to avoid or resist?
- What is their nervous system trying to communicate in these moments?
- How can I respond in a way that doesn’t escalate things further?
- What actually helps (and what doesn’t)?
If you’ve found yourself wondering any of these things, you’re not alone.
These are exactly the kinds of questions we’ll explore together in this series.
