MEET MICHELLE

With over 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Michelle’s journey into the world of people and organizational management began unexpectedly, but quickly blossomed into a rewarding and purpose-driven career. Originally from the Philippines, she holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Santo Tomas and furthered her expertise with a post-degree diploma in Human Resource Management and Leadership from Camosun College.

Michelle has worked across various facets of HR and office administration in a range of industries, giving her a well-rounded perspective on creating positive, efficient, and welcoming workplaces. As Office Manager, she is committed to building an environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.

Outside of the office, Michelle enjoys traveling with her husband and immersing herself in new cultures. A self-described foodie, she loves seeking out new flavors and hidden culinary gems wherever she goes.
